Here is recipe for Nonnie’s Tuna Casserole that Peggy talked about:

3 eggs
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 small can tuna
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley, minced

Separate eggs and mix the yolks with flour, salt and onion.  Fold in the cottage cheese.  Flake the tuna and fold it into the mixture.  Beat the eggs whites until they are stiff but not dry and fold into the tuna/cottage cheese mixture.  Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.  Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and parsley.  Dust lightly with paprika.  Place casserole in a pan containing 1 inch of water and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
